Standard units of measurement
Telling time to the nearest five minutes

Collecting, organizing, and interpreting data using bar graphs and pictographs.

Writing structured sentences and short paragraphs with proper punctuation, spelling, and vocabulary

Learning about growth and changes in animals, life cycles, and how animals adapt to different environments.
Understanding Matter and Energy: Exploring properties of liquids and solids, simple changes in states of matter (melting, freezing).
Understanding Earth and Space Systems:
Investigating air and water in the environment, understanding their uses, and discussing environmental impacts.
